- Be a good citizen — Treat others with respect and report content that violates our Guidelines.
- Be professional — Keep your content relevant to space in which you are participating.
- Be responsible — Others may be relying on your input for their growth. Be mindful of how you offer your input.
Here’s how you can get the most out of this platform:
Share what you know. We built this platform based on the power of sharing. In the spirit of being helpful, we hope you contribute when you can.
Be courteous. Everyone wants to be treated with respect, and showing respect to others makes the community better for all Members.
Stay on topic. Your success from participating in one of our live events relies on all participants remaining focused on the specific topic. If you constantly stray from the topic the host may remove your content — or you — from the event altogether to avoid distraction for the other Members. Share² Spaces has created many avenues for Members to ask questions and supply answers without distracting others during a live event.
Post your own content. Have the other Members’ permissions before re-posting their content.
Have a good time. When people behave responsibly and respectfully the community thrives and everybody wins.
Here are some things this platform shouldn’t be used for:
Don’t violate the law. Members of Share Squared Spaces are not above the law, so don’t post or say anything that violates the laws of your country, state, province, or city.
Don’t try to trick people into sharing their personal information, post illegal images, or steal anything (like copyright or trademark material). Don’t threaten, harass, impersonate, or hurt others, and don’t invade other people’s privacy. Don’t post content, share software or collect fees in violation of export or import laws.
Don’t be unkind. Exploitative or degrading comments are not welcome here. Also not welcome are belligerence, insults, slurs, profanity, or ranting. If you wouldn’t say it in public or with a group of friends, don’t post or say it here.
Don’t use Share Squared Spaces as a business. This is a community not a marketplace, so we encourage interactions not transactions. We understand that business transactions may occur between Members of the platform. But please note that Share Squared Spaces is not involved in or responsible for any commercial activity between Members.
Don’t be a spammer. Your membership and the frequency of your activities in Share Squared Spaces should be limited to what can reasonably be done by a human. No bots, please. Also, keep off-topic commercial messages out of Share Squared Spaces — they may violate our Spam Policy.
Share Squared Spaces, in its sole discretion, may terminate or remove any content or your Member profile immediately and without notice if (a) Share² Spaces believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of the Share² Spaces Terms of Service or the Share² Spaces Guidelines, or (b) Share² Spaces believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others. Please help us keep Share Squared Spaces an enjoyable and positive experience. If you see anything that violates our rules, please let us know by contacting us.
